✨You are important … You Matter… and when we put mindfulness into practice, our perspective in life can improve.


✨Generationally, most of us are born into families that put oneself last; the needs of others first, leaving us lost in our adult life and struggling with understanding that our needs must be met before we can be our whole self among others and in our communities.


✨Mindfulness is not to be confused with being a cure for mental illness. It is a tool to help you be in the moment and aware. To put YOU first because You Matter is key through this journey.


💕Mindfulness can increase empathy, helps manage chronic pain, decreases emotional reactivity, helps lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, support working memory, and bolster cognitive flexibility.
