Rosalinda Gallegos is a passionate coach, consultant, and facilitator with a mission to help individuals and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and compassion. As the founder of Seed Consulting, she brings over two decades of experience in personal development, leadership coaching, and mental wellness.
Rosalinda holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience in legal, educational, and nonprofit settings, allows her to offer a grounded, integrative approach to coaching and consulting.
At the core of her work is a belief in the power of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and values-driven leadership. Rosalinda partners with clients to navigate transitions, lead authentically, and create lasting impact—both personally and professionally.
